Becoming a good team
In fact, the beers is not a good team yet. However, I think that we are in the process of becoming a good team, and hopefully when we become a good team at some point, we will take that step to become a great team. Fortunately, we have different type of players. For instance, Nigel and I came from different countries and Mike N has his own business, and Peter and Andrew are young and students. I think the combination of variety in beers will contribute to becoming a good team. In addition, a successful team has chemistry and is well balanced. We need to get together as much as we can to have a great chemistry. Hanging out together as well as practicing frequently would be a good idea. Finally, players must be selected and put in the right positions to get the best performance out of each and every member. Dealing with losing games Every game, every practice, and every situation that arises in a competitive environment could be faced with having to deal with losing games which is the main concern of beers. I think the obstacle can be turned to another opportunity. As John F. Kennedy reminded us forty years ago, the chinese character for risk is a blending of the characters for \\\\\\\"danger\\\\\\\" and \\\\\\\"opportunity\\\\\\\" It means that risk can be another opportunity, depending on how to handle it.
