7/8/06 - Beers get swept by Warriors
The Warriors, a team not known for their speed, had 28 stolen bases on the day (even though the majority of these should be scored defensive indifference). The Beers did not put up much of a fight in the first game managing only 1 hit (a nice double by Simon). They got a lot more baserunners in the 2nd game but only were able to plate 2. The Beers look to rebound against the NY Express (7-7) this Saturday 7/15 at 12:00 PM at South Shore HS. To see who's going to be playing check the Attendance thread.
