3/12/06 - Schedule/Fees info
I just got back from the 2nd Managers' meeting so I am chock-full-of info. * Leage Fees - Fees for the entire team (including all season's umpire fees) will be $3860. If we go with a 20-man roster, that works out to $193 per person. * Schedule - The schedule is up. It can be viewed here. Please take a look and plan ahead. * Fields - 3 fields from last year are returning: Marine Park, College Point, and (unfortunately) 145th St. But they have added 3 new beautiful fields: Lafayette HS, South Shore HS, and Newtown HS. These 3 are brand new, well-maintained artificial turf fields. * New Site - new site for stats, schedule, & other stuff is here: www.leaguelinup.com/thebeers So, the game today is still on (hopefully it won't rain). We're looking forward to seeing all the veterans and meeting all the new rookies. I'm still working on getting the baseball cards done for last season, but here's a sneak peak:
